Has it really been more than a month?

Hello friends. It has been awhile, hasn't it!?  We have been enjoying our summer holidays, Jake took some time off and we went on long walks, discovered lovey castles, picked berries, splashed in puddles, watched movies, read books, all the summery things that need to be done! So for the next few posts we will be going through different big events, and my favourites... the small ones.

I will share a sweet little day with you first, about that time when we decided to go to the market and we let the littles ride their bicycles. They rode it both ways. Home of course took the longest because they were distracted by the berries, it was simply lovely to say the least.

I hope to be able to come back more often to share more days with you, they have been going so fast and soon we will be starting our school routine, so I doubt they will be calming down anytime soon. But I have missed coming here and chatting about what I've been making or what we have been up to, even just some of my random thoughts... this place has been missed, but it will keep. I'll just keep popping back here when I can. I hope you have all been having a lovely summer, with little adventures and moments of calm sprinkled through the "normal everyday."

  1. Love the calm days in the midst of the summer frenzy! They seem to stick out in my mind as well, must be a mummy thing :) As always, your photos are as beautiful as your family!
