At Home: Weeks End

These little bumble bee leg-warmers are still in progress(a slight detour from all the grey in my  knitting basket)
These little bumble bee leg-warmers are still in progress(a slight detour from all the grey in my  knitting basket)

Jake wasn't well, he is feeling better now after a good amount of rest, but all plans of getting out of the house or woodsie walks and puddle stomping were thrown out the window for saturday so with the exception of a trip to the craft-store to get magnets and green yarn(a trip that ended with a husband a bit more miserable, the poor  guy tried), we stayed home. Bear played around my feet (he has been a bit clingy lately) and me knitting random things, like fish, a worm, and leg warmers... the fish and worm were stuffed with a magnet and some recycled pillow fluff(who buys stuffing when pillows get worn out so often?) and put on his old fishing pole, I am now the coolest mummy EVER ^_^! I'm so glad he liked it so much he has been so helpful and sweet lately(he even chose what we were having and made the rice for dinner tonight) helping me pick up the house and putting things away for me,  really just being an all around super hero dude!!

I decided to let Jaime watch a movie so we put on Robin Hood, it was a hit!(his first time seeing it because a movie is allot of telly time so we tend to stick to short shows one at a time as rewards)! The newest request for mummy to make... A hat, cape, and a bow with arrows(not too pointy mummy, just for play) So it seems the last bit of my weekend will be as crafty as the first bit, its really difficult to say no to such a sweet Little Bear!
